VOIP TDM-Express (VT-X)
The
VT-X provides integration software between VoIP and TDM protocols. Building upon EDI’s popular protocol stack offerings, VT-X streamlines the development of gateway devices between IP and TDM voice environments.
The VT-X includes the following features:
- Integrates seamlessly with EDI VoIP protocol software (SIP-X and MG-X) and EDI TDM stacks (ISD-X, V5-X, and GEM-X).
- Provides a user-friendly interface for manipulation of system specific items: e.g. VoIP data streams (e.g. RTP), TDM in-band signaling, etc.
- Individual or multiple TDM stacks can be supported simultaneously.
- Written and delivered in ANSI C.
- Compact code and data usage is ideal for embedded, real-time environments.
- VT-X modules adhere to a common, platform-independent architecture that utilizes the tasking structure available from the customer RTOS.
- Written and delivered in ANSI C.
- Code tracing and event/state display debug facilities included. Debug facilities can be compiled out to save code space. When compiled in, they can be selectively enabled at runtime.
